Toybox works fine once it’s connected, but getting the wi-fi set up took a few tries. It dropped once and I had to restart it. My kid still likes it though

I mean, they did help me in the end, so I can’t really complain too much, but yeah, the replies took a while sometimes. I was kind of sitting there checking back and wondering if someone had seen my message, but once they did respond, they were helpful enough and got things sorted out.

I found some really cute designs quickly, and checking out was easy enough. I just wish the search was a little better for finding this or that without having to poke around too much

I got Toybox for my kids, i think it’s a worthwhile little machine if you want them learning while still having fun. They’ve really enjoyed choosing models, tweaking small details, and seeing how their ideas turn into actual objects. It’s a nice way to get them thinking about shapes, design, and how things are made without making it feel like a lesson.
The only reason I wouldn’t call it perfect is that some prints definitely take a bit of trial and error, and younger kids will still need an adult nearby to help out. That said, I still think it’s a good value for the experience it gives them, especially if you’re patient and okay with a little experimenting along the way.

The site is generally okay and easy to use, but I did run into an issue where the checkout glitched on me twice. Not a dealbreaker, but it was a bit frustrating and definitely something that could be improved.

I do like the custom design options, and they’re nice once you get into it. The setup was a little confusing at first, but it’s not like it was impossible or anything, I just had to spend some extra time figuring things out

I was a bit disappointed. The toys felt cheap, and for the price I expected better quality. There was just something about it that made the whole thing feel not really worth it.

I opened the delivery and immediately thought, oh no. The toy itself was totally fine, thankfully, but the box was crushed and had tape on it in a weird way. If I was keeping it for myself, not a huge deal, but I wouldn’t feel great giving it as a gift like that

I picked this up for my kid, thinking it would be a fun little win, but oh my goodness, the prints have been a disaster more often than not. The edges come out rough, the colors look weird, and any tiny details basically turn into a blurry blob of sadness. For the price, I really thought it would be way better. i’m disappointed.

I ordered from Toybox Labs expecting it to show up in about a week, but it ended up taking close to three weeks. Not the end of the world, but definitely longer than I was hoping for.

The tracking updates were sparse too, so most of the time I had no clue where the package actually was. I ended up emailing support just to get a basic update, and they did respond, which I appreciated.
The toy itself was totally fine once it arrived, so no complaints there. I just wish the shipping had been smoother. I might order again, but probably only if I’m not in any rush

My kid has a lot of fun with the Toybox Labs, so that part’s been great. The parental controls are okay, but they do feel a little basic, haha. I can manage a few things, but I wish setting limits was easier and more flexible. It’s not bad overall, just feels like it could use a bit more polish...

I’m not sure if it was just my phone or the app itself, but using it felt way more annoying than it should have. Pages seemed to load forever, and I’m sure a bunch of the buttons just didn’t respond when I tapped them.
I was only trying to find my order, but somehow that turned into a whole thing. I eventually gave up and went to the website instead, which was maybe a little better, but still not exactly great.

The setup wasn’t too hard overall. I did it after dinner while half-watching TV, so I wasn’t exactly giving it my full attention, but it still went smoothly. Took a little figuring out here and there, but nothing too frustrating

the site was just frustrating to use. I’d click on something thinking it would take me where I needed to go, but I kept ending up in random spots. Even the search wasn’t much help.
The checkout process felt way more confusing than it needed to be. Maybe other people have no issue with it, but I got tired of trying and ended up giving up before placing my order...

I haven’t had it all that long, but it seems to work well overall. No major issues so far, and it’s been doing what I need it to do

Toybox works well overall, but I was surprised by how slow the printing can be. Even smaller toys take a decent amount of time, and you can tell my kid starts getting impatient while waiting. It’s not a bad product at all, I just wish you could get the prints finished a bit faster...

I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, just something that would hold up for basic use. But the plastic felt cheap right away, and it cracked after only two days. Frustrating when even a simple request like durability seems ignored

I really do like the toybox itself, it’s fun to use and my kids get excited about it. But the filament price is hard to get past. After a while it starts to feel like I’m constantly having to beg myself to justify buying more, and there’s definitely some resentment creeping in because it adds up fast

I was disappointed with this one. Some of the toys had really tiny parts, and the age warnings were not obvious at all. Like, if something isn't safe for little kids, maybe make that super easy to see? I had to double-check everything before letting my child play with it, which kind of defeats the purpose. Definitely not something I'd recommend for younger kids.
